The “Performance Measurement and Reporting in First Nations” workshop aims to provide First Nations Governance and Administration professionals with the necessary knowledge and skills to report on performance, understand performance management approaches, describe performance, and establish constructive accountability. It also covers factors influencing readiness to report performance, preparing formal reports, combining quantitative information with management’s best judgement, ensuring report quality, engaging community members, and addressing factors affecting reporting capacity.

NOTE: CAFMs, CAPAs, CILs, CIHRPs: As an AFOA Canada Certified Member, it is an annual requirement to remit 20 hours of professional development hours each year no later than March 31 in the following three categories: A) Continuing Education B) Leadership/Volunteer Work and C) Instruction. You can use this workshop to claim Maintenance of Certification (MOC) hours under A) Continuing Education.
